If the customer returns the product, where will it be sent?

As a bespoke print-on-demand service, our logistics are streamlined for outbound fulfilment. Because every product is custom-made for your specific customer, we do not operate a traditional retail return facility for unwanted goods.

No Return Address for Unwanted Items

Currently, there is no option to set a custom return address for your orders, nor do we provide a facility to "restock" items. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns of unwanted items.

If a customer no longer wants a product, it remains your responsibility as the store owner to decide if you wish to have it sent to your own business premises or home address for your own use or local resale.

Returned to Sender (Incorrect Address)

If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel due to an incorrect address or a failure to collect, the package will typically be returned to our production facility.

  • Reshipping: Once the item has been physically received back at our warehouse, we will notify you. We can then resend the order to a corrected or updated address.

  • Costs: Please note that you will be responsible for the reshipping fees. We must wait for the original parcel to arrive at our facility before a reshipment can be triggered, or you may choose to place a new order at your own expense if the matter is urgent.
