How do I order a sample pack?
We believe the best way to appreciate our museum-grade quality is to see and feel the materials yourself. We offer two ways to sample our products: a free Paper Sample Pack and a discounted First Product Sample.
1. Free Paper Sample Pack
Our standard sample pack includes examples of our core paper stocks, including fine art, photographic, and stationery materials. This is perfect for checking texture, weight, and how different finishes react to light.
How to order:
1. Log in to your Papello Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Quick Order page.
3. Search for SKU "PP-SAMPLEPACK" or simply search for "Sample Pack".
4. Add it to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Note: The sample pack itself is free, but a small postage fee will apply at checkout.
2. First Product Sample (50% Discount)
If you want to see your own artwork on a specific product (such as a framed print, mug, or notebook), we offer a one-time 50% introductory discount for active e-commerce sellers.
How to get the discount:
1. Place an order for your sample item through our Simple Manual Ordering system on the dashboard.
2. After the order is placed, send an email to help@papello.com.
3. Include your Order Number and a link to your active online shop (Etsy, Shopify, etc.).
4. Our team will verify your shop and process a 50% refund on the production cost of that item.
Fair Use Policy
ā¢ The 50% discount is limited to your very first sample order.
ā¢ It is limited to one product type per order.
ā¢ You must be an active seller to qualify.
ā¢ Customs charges may still apply for international shipments.
