Ownership and Licensing

By using the Papello platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your image files for one purpose only: to produce your orders.
No outside use: We will not use your artwork in any other capacity or for marketing without your explicit consent.
No distribution: We will never sell or distribute your designs to third parties.
Your guarantee: By uploading content, you confirm that the artwork is either owned by you or that you hold the correct licences to use it.
Data Security and Deletion
We do not keep your files indefinitely. Once we have produced and dispatched your orders, your images are deleted from our production systems in accordance with our strict data protection policies. This ensures your designs are not sitting on servers longer than absolutely necessary.
