Shipping Rates Update

After two years of absorbing increased shipping costs without passing them on to our customers, we now need to make some adjustments to our shipping rates. These changes will take effect on Friday, 31 January 2025 with additional shipping fee adjustments for multiple orders already live.

During this time, we have not added additional shipping fees to orders with multiple items. This means that if you ordered two or more items, we absorbed the extra cost on your behalf. However, with rising carrier costs, including Royal Mail, USPS, and UPS implementing increases of 15-25%, it has become necessary to adjust our pricing to ensure we can continue to deliver the high-quality, reliable service you expect.

That said, we’ve reviewed shipping fees across all major print-on-demand companies, and we’re proud to confirm that our rates remain the most affordable in the industry by far. In some cases, our shipping prices are up to 50% lower, even after these changes take effect. We are committed to keeping our services cost-effective for your business while adapting to increasing logistical costs. Here’s what’s changing:

UK Domestic Shipping

• Tracked services: Prices will be aligned with the cost of service, and an additional item fee will be introduced.

International Shipping from the UK

• Standard and Express services: An average increase of 5-7% depending on size and destination, with smaller items seeing slightly higher adjustments. • Additional item fee: This will also be introduced to cover multi-item orders. • For streamlined efficiency, we are updating our service options.

EU Shipping from the UK

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) introduced by the European Union has added complexity to our shipping processes, requiring additional paperwork for shipments to the EU.

• As sellers, you are responsible for ensuring that the manufacturer is displayed on your website or marketplace for EU-based customers. • Along with standard customs declarations for EU countries, you must include the correct documentation with shipments.

This option has always been free and available to our users through our packaging slip upload feature, and it will remain free going forward. However, the additional processing costs will now be reflected in our shipping rates for EU shipments.

We recommend that sellers consult a legal professional to ensure that they are including all required information on their packaging slips.

To ensure accurate sales data on customs declarations, sellers should connect their marketplaces and online stores via our free integrations. This ensures that data is transferred electronically rather than entered manually, saving time and reducing errors.

These adjustments allow us to maintain the quality and dependability you’ve come to rely on while continuing to offer the best value in the industry.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions about how these changes may affect your business, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Thank you for trusting us as your print-on-demand partner!
