You can report problems with an order through the Papello Help Centre.
- If your order hasn’t been shipped, but you need to make a change – contact us via live chat. As long as your order hasn’t been put into production we should be able to make changes. Please note if your order has been printed, but not shipped we won’t be able to make any changes.
- If your order has been shipped, but there is an issue – follow the steps below:
- Find your order on the Papello Dashboard on the orders page

2. Select the order and scroll to the bottom of the page

3. Click “Report Problem” button select from the options the details about the issue and your preferred resolution “Refund or Replace”

4. Submit your report – You will receive an email outcome with 1-2 working days.
