How to create an order from your Etsy shop

Before you begin, ensure you have completed the steps to connect your Etsy shop to Papello.

1. From the sales channel page, select “View Orders” for your Etsy shop

2. Next, from the list of Etsy orders, click “View order” of your chosen order.

3. This page shows some more information about your Etsy order, including:

– Product Title and thumbnail
– Variations purchased
– Shipping name and address

Let’s select a Papello product for this order. In our example, the customer has purchased a greetings card. Click “Choose Product”.

4. A pop-up will appear, use the search or filters to find the matching product and click “Select Product”

5. Your chosen product has been added to the order. Continue this for all other products in the order.
Then, click “Add to basket”.

6. This is your basket. Click “Add artwork” for each product in your basket.

7. Next, upload or select the image from your artwork library

8. You can check your artwork correctly fits the product template by clicking “Edit Image“.

9. This is the image editor, you can check your artwork fits the template by using the editing tools, sliders and by dragging your artwork. – Everything looks good, click “Save“.

10. Next, click “Continue” from your basket.

11. You will see that your customer’s shipping information has already been prefilled from the Etsy order. Simply select a shipping method, then “Continue to payment”.

12. Next, check your order summary and pay securely by adding your card details and clicking “Pay Securely“.

That’s it! Your order was successfully created. We will print and ship your Etsy order, shipping directly to your customer.

You can view your order status by going to “All Orders” page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will see the tracking details.

When we ship your order we’ll sync it to your Etsy shop automatically. Updating the status to “Completed” and sharing the tracking information.
