Before you begin, you should open a separate tab and login to your Etsy shop account.
1. From the dashboard page, select “Sales Channel“
2. You will be redirected to Etsy to authorise the connection to Papello.
Click “Grant access“
3. Your Etsy shop is now connected to Papello!
You can view open order by clicking “View Orders“
4. This is a list of all your open orders. We only display orders that have the “Paid” status on Etsy.
Once your order is shipped (or cancelled) it will be removed from the list. This way you have a clear view of orders that need to be fulfilled.
