You can report problems with an order through the Papello Help Centre.
- At the bottom of this page click “Report a problem”
- You’ll be asked for your details and order number to we can look into the issue.
- We’ll get back to you with 24 hours (Mon – Fri)
Be aware that Papello may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
