We pride ourselves on producing quality prints to the highest possible standard, for our customers & yours. That’s why we may put your order “On Hold” and request an alternative, higher quality image file(s) than the one you may have already uploaded.
This is essentially a quality check to ensure the final production is the highest possible standard. We like to think of it as doing our diligence to print.
Once an order is “On Hold” it we remain in that status for no longer than 48 hours. You will receive an automated email notification requiring action from you to either:
1. Upload a new file using the link in the email notification.
2. Contact us to authorise the production of the print with the original image file(s).
Your order will go back into production as soon as you’ve contacted us or uploaded a new, higher quality image file(s).
If we don’t hear back from you within the 48-hour period, your order will go into production with the original image file(s).
If you are unable to provide a new file, we will still to ship your order. However, the quality of the final production will be lower than our minimum quality expectations, which would not be deemed as defective and covered by your rights to a refund/replacement by us.
